Cost Structure

Shah Sultan is essentially a people management company and generates income by charging a fee for hiring, coaching and managing your offshore employees. Depending on the skills and the experience, an employees can be hired for as little as $500 USD / month. These employees will be dedicated to your projects 9 hours a day and 6 days a week. The general cost structure is as follows:

For Full-time or Part-Time Employees:

  1. Infrastructure Fee
    Shah Sultan charges a fixed fee for providing the space, internet connection, phone, utilities and other related amenities for employees to get the job done. This fee gets adjusted every year and for the year 2008/2009 is it $150 USD per month person.
  2. Management fee
    Shah Sultan charges 15% of the employees' salaries for managing our customers' employees.
  3. Employee Salary
    Customers are responsible for the employee salary and benefits. Salaries of the employees vary based on the skillset and the experience. For example a web developer with intermediate experience level will earn a salary of approximately $500 US / month.
  4. Hiring and coaching the candidates
    This is a one time fee if customers need a candidate with a particular skillset and Shah Sultan has to special hiring and/or training.

For Projects:

Depending on the needs of the customer and the length of the project, Shah Sultan allocates certain resources to the project and can either set a fixed cost or an hourly rate for the completion of the project.
